What is Family Systemic Constellation?
Systemic Constellation is a method developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger. Basically, the methodology consists of studying the emotions that we accumulate from our families.
The idea is to understand how these factors influence us daily in various aspects. Hellinger sought to understand how the energy of our family nucleus can influence our decisions.
Systemic Family Constellation is much more than a therapeutic tool. It is a brief therapeutic process, that is, a group or individual session focused on a personal issue, difficulty or problem, such as: anxiety, fears, difficulties in areas of life, grief, separation, decision making, personal development, etc.

Individual service
In individual care, the structure is similar. What changes is the use of dolls and therapeutic objects to represent the person, the theme and other representatives necessary to assemble the constellation.
In this way, the therapist observes and sees the perception, sensations and feelings of the constellated person, also analyzing which posture is causing the problem and what can be done to improve, achieve a goal or make a decision, etc.

Group work
In group constellation therapy, the therapist works by assigning representatives for the theme and the person involved. The facilitator carefully observes the interactions, gestures and speeches of the representatives, adjusting the constellation as necessary.
By promoting changes in the positions of representatives and adding participants, the aim is to achieve harmony and harmony between participants.
Through this dynamic, the person's attitude towards systemic laws (Order, Belonging and Balance) is analyzed, identifying aspects to be improved in their personal, relational and professional functioning, guiding beneficial changes in thinking, behavior and interpersonal relationships.

Common questions
-
Systemic Constellation and religion?Family or Business Systemic Constellation are techniques used in therapy. An auxiliary instrument. As in many professions, there are people using the recognized nomenclature to offer something else. It has nothing to do with religiosity.
-
How can the constellation help me?Family Constellation is a therapeutic technique that allows you to identify and work on hidden dynamics present not only in the family system, but in any system that the person participates in, which influence different aspects of life, including the professional career.
-
What to expect from a Systemic Constellation session? Is it dangerous? With the Family Constellation Technique, the client can be brought into contact with very difficult issues, shadows and biographical and transbiographical traumas that can even retraumatize them. That's why it's important to choose one professional with good training in the area, good years of practice and highly recommended. Therefore, the most important thing, for those who are going to constellate, is to understand that life is made of opportunities, of doors that open and close at all times, of people who are more awake and others who are still asleep, of easier situations and of issues that take time to resolve. We, from the Laura Lamim Team, are careful and take individual and group treatment seriously. You can contact us if you have any other objections.
